This paper will analyse the practices of Diversity Management by Italian enterprises compelled by law to employ disabled person and their attitude towards the assumption of the risk to introduce persons with problems in organizational context: so, it considers a specific and problematic field, in order to verify if the basics of Diversity Management can be managed with effectiveness or not. More specifically, the purpose of this in-depth analysis is to explore and understand if there are (and eventually what are) the success factors for a positive work inclusion in a company, considering both the organizational perspective and the personal one (excluding the social dimension) and what conditions are able to favourite that result. So, shortly, the idea is to answer to the question “what can we learn from these experiences?” in order to give aid to Diversity Management orientation.
