We consider the three basic types of see-saw models (with fermionic singlet, scalar triplet or fermionic triplet) and discuss the corresponding dimension-six operators and their physical effects. Since, at difference with dimension-five, they do not violate lepton number, we show that they can be relatively large even if the dimension-five is small, allowing their detection in near-future experiments.

Abstract
