The paper provides some reflections of methodological and operative nature on the relations between conservation, restoration, use and enhancement of archaeological sites, through the "story" of a concrete experience which the authors have participated within the international cooperation. It is a research program funded by the Italian Ministry of Education, University and Research, aimed at the creation of the archaeological park of Tilmen Höyük, pre-Hittite city in south-east Turkey (in the region of Islahiye-Gaziantep) in a context of strong inter-, multi-and transdisciplinary approach. The research project can also be read as a sort of "guideline" for the design, implementation and management of archaeological parks of a similar nature and consistency in the Mediterranean region. The Archaeological Park Tilmen Höyük was inaugurated in October 2007.

Abstract
The Archaeological Park Tilmen Höyük was inaugurated in October 2007.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
