Abstract
Telemedicine has become a recognized and a common used solution adopted by healthcare stakeholders to improve efficiency and reduce service costs. The European Research Project CHIRON is precisely within this context: it intends to propose an integrated framework designed to allow a person-centric health management throughout the complete care cycle. In this paper the authors’ contribution to this project is presented: a standardized solution based on HL7 version 3 CDA R2 and Smart Space which is able to ensure complete interoperability between devices and services and to automatically generate alarms when a patient health state becomes critical.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
