The author has organized in this DVD the work (collections of data, interviews to stakeholders, actors and users, seminars with administrators, planners and responsible of the local agencies) carried out for the Commune of Genoa in order to define a strategy for the requalification of the building named “Diga”, a big dwelling complex of the 1980s that is now a major problem for social housing agencies and operators but could offer opportunities for the requalification of a marginal neighborhood.
