Abstract
Montecarlo simulation allows to analyze diffusion-limited surface deconstruction; in this paper this approch is presente in a three dimensional approach. The model include the possibility to consider the influence of an external force field to be combined with the Brownian and deterministic components of the etchant particle motion. The results highlight the the time trend of the surface hull variance; the paper include the analysis of several solid substrate dimensions in relation to different values of the force field parameters affecting etchant particle trajectories; the model results are validated, verified and compared with the analytic approaches related to surface growth dynamics.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
