The research proposes a potential method which, through the organization of the documentary traces that the creative process leaves behind, aims to offer a digital representation of artistic creation. This representation also intends to be a tool that is adequate for being used by performance theory scholars and researchers. The methodological approaches on which the work is based are constituted by the intersection between archival theory and performance studies and propose the RiC-CM as a possible harmonizing tool between the ephemeral nature of the creative process and the material needs of archival science and the scholars. The first part of the research distinguishes the various phases of scenic creation, and after having identified the types of documents that testimony it, the paper focuses on the case study represented by the OTA (Odin Teatret Archives) and attempts to create a representation of the creative process of Judith (1987).
