La racionalidad legislativa en las teorías de la legislación

The subject of my doctoral thesis is “Legislative Rationality in Theories of Legislation.” The research question at hand is: What is the concept of legislative rationality or rationality of legislation? With this in mind, I have divided the thesis into two seven chapters. In the first chapter titled “Legislative Rationality in Enlightenment Theories.”. The second chapter focuses on “Legislative Rationality in the Legisprudence of Luc J. Wintgens.” The third chapter examines “Legislative Rationality in Thaler and Sunstein’s Nudge Theory". The fourth chapter is titled “Legislative Rationality in the Theory of crowdlaw.” The fifth chapter is titled “Towards an Analytical Study of the Rational Legislator.” Its objective is to develop an analytical reflection on the notion of a “rational legislator". The sixth chapter is titled “Two Theoretical Approaches to Legislative Rationality.” It is divided into two parts, each exploring different perspectives on the concept. Finally, the last chapter will conclude.
