That means to put things back to circulation, reusing waste materials, and creating new value and new sense with a contextual and adaptive way.Tivoli represents a significant and expressive fragment of the complexity and challenges for the development that affect the entire area of Rome. A part that contains the complexity of the whole territory of Rome. Mobility and re-connection, water management, archaeological heritage, abandoned paper factories and tanneries. The paper deals with a research by design methodology and pilot actions, in order to test the development of design processes in a collaborative dimension with local stakeholders on Tivoli area.
