Within the Workshop Rome 20-25, the tile 19 focuses on Tivoli area developing the main concepts of urban recycle. That means to put things back to circulation, reusing waste materials, and creating new value and new sense with a contextual and adaptive way.Tivoli represents a significant and expressive fragment of the complexity and challenges for the development that affect the entire area of Rome. A part that contains the complexity of the whole territory of Rome. Mobility and re-connection, water management, archaeological heritage, abandoned paper factories and tanneries. The paper deals with a research by design methodology and pilot actions, in order to test the development of design processes in a collaborative dimension with local stakeholders on Tivoli area.
