MedCoast AgroCities: Albenga GlassCity, from the GlassCity to the GreenCity

The Albenga GlassCity study is part of a broader doctoral research focusing on the possible about urban, energetic, tourist-economic and socio-cultural development strategies of MedCoast AgroCities (Mediterranean Coast – Agricultural Cities ). Specifically, the book focus on the case-study of the city of Albenga. Located in the center of the West Ligurian Coast, Albenga represents an interesting model of MedCoast AgroCity, within which there are tourist-bathing activities, historic heritage, industrial areas and a large intensive agricultural plain, the economic hub of the city.
