The essay, through the results of a qualitative and quantitative study, analyzes the organizational model as perceived by the employees of Coop Liguria within the 6Effe project. The study analyzes the different perceptions, highlighting the replacement of the traditional mechanical organization with the model of the learning organization, where even individual workers are more and more aware of the new market challenges. The contribution also examines the perception of working conditions, the correspondence between the corporate proposed values with their effective sharing and the perception of external competition and of the confidence in the corresponding organizational responses.
Il contributo, attraverso i risultati di uno studio quali-quantitativo, analizza il modello organizzativo percepito dai dipendenti di Coop Liguria all’interno del progetto 6Effe. Lo studio analizza le diverse percezioni, evidenziando la sostituzione di una rappresentazione tipicamente meccanica dell’organizzazione lavorativa con il modello della learning organization, sempre più consapevole anche a livello del singolo lavoratore delle nuove sfide del mercato. Il contributo si sofferma inoltre sulla percezione delle condizioni di lavoro, sulla corrispondenza tra i valori aziendali proposti e la loro condivisone, sulla percezione della concorrenza e la fiducia nelle corrispondenti risposte aziendali.
