The essay analyzes the results of a mixed-method study (conducted through survey, interviews and focus groups) carried out among the employees of Coop Liguria within the 6Effe Project with the aim of studying the environment and working conditions in the company. The analysis was conducted by evaluating several factors considering both contextual (the size and characteristics of the store) and individual perspectives (gender, age, level of education, length of service, type of contract, part or full time mode).
Il contributo analizza i risultati di uno studio quali-quantitativo (condotto attraverso survey, interviste e focus group) realizzato presso i dipendenti di Coop Liguria all’interno del Progetto 6Effe con l’obiettivo di studiare l’ambiente e le condizioni di lavoro in azienda. L’analisi è stata condotta valutando diversi fattori sia contestuali (le dimensioni e caratteristiche del punto vendita), sia individuali (genere, età, livello di istruzione, anzianità di servizio, tipologia contrattuale, modalità part o full time).
