This is a retrospective case series study in two Academic Institutions (Departments of Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery, University of Genoa and Brescia). Between February 2005 to October 2013 we have analyzed 56 patients affected by previously untreated T3 laryngeal squamous cell carcinomas of the glottis (34/56) and supraglottis (22/56) treated with TLM ± selective neck dissection ± adjuvant therapy. Oncological results were evaluated by the Kaplan-Meier analysis of overall and disease-free survival and organ preservation rates.
