The article is devoted to analyze , from the perspective of political thought, the consequences of the revolution in the Emmanuel Mounier's political work entitled Personalist and Communitarian Revolution. The French philosopher considers the revolution the only solution to allow mankind to go out from the crisis, so he has to handle two significant problems: since he wants to maintain himself into the Christian doctrine, he must justify both the resistance to the official power and the possible use of violence. I analyze how Mounier manages these problems, in order to highlight the original elements of his political thought on these two topics.

Abstract
The article is devoted to analyze , from the perspective of political thought, the consequences of the revolution in the Emmanuel Mounier's political work entitled Personalist and Communitarian Revolution. The French philosopher considers the revolution the only solution to allow mankind to go out from the crisis, so he has to handle two significant problems: since he wants to maintain himself into the Christian doctrine, he must justify both the resistance to the official power and the possible use of violence. I analyze how Mounier manages these problems, in order to highlight the original elements of his political thought on these two topics.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
