This note takes into account all the papers published in the book and aims to point out the importance of the training experience on the student and his motivation toward the education he choose: social work. The first period of training is his first taste of what is going to be like to be a practitioner. It is very important to help the student to elaborate correctly his experience. The role of the two supervisors, the university’s and the practitioner, is extremely important for the enrichment of the student.
