Three-dimensional mathematical forms and their symbolic meanings have often influenced the conception, design, modelling and production of jewellery. Here we examine examples inspired by elements of sacred geometry, topology and fractal geometry. Finally, we also propose other mathematical objects that are suitable for jewellery design.
