The paper aims to supply answers to the question of the figure and the role of the educationalist, examining emerging educational problems today and interpreting relevant literature. This report aims to pose questions and to endeavour to set forth interpretative solutions analysing two central questions: the sense of cultural and educational Europe by perspectives of the wider multicultural view. Secondary, ma not for importance, the identity of educationalist as intellectual and research worker with the task of perspective and projection, intrinsic at his own identity. An ulterior object of analysis is the role of the educationalist, considered from three points of view: thinking of education as personality construction, as teacher training for the socialization and orienting of pupils at the various levels of schooling and as congruent new media education beyond the schooling iter. The research has highlighted the relevance of true interdisciplinary aspects among human sciences and has recorded the aims and results. An essential objective remains the pedagogue in orienting and work pedagogy, new media pedagoy and educational relations pedagogy. it is imperative that the role of the pedagogue be recognized by other human science scholars and society itself. interdisciplinary relations in pedagogy, psychology and sociology are somewhat fragmented and barriers have been raised amongst disciplines meriting inter-related investigation. even if the aim of the study is not epistemologically so, educational research points to the need for significant links -both linguistic and from the point of view of intervention.
