Les transformations du travail intérimaire en Italie

ABSTRACT ENGLISH VERSION In the last decades the temporary work has rapidly increased. It has not been involved by the crisis as all of the others employement contracts, term fixed or stable. The chapter refers to the italian labor system, once more restrictive and successively more open to such contract which has progressively found a larger diffusion. The chapter describes such juridical evolution, exploring themain consequences form the socioeconomic and territorial point of view of the diffusion of temporary contracts, showing how it has not shown a particular efficacy in contrasting unemployment. ORIGINAL FRENCH VERSION Dans la dèrrniere dècennie, le travail intérimaire a rapidement progessé. Il n'a pas échappé a la crise, comme toutes les autres formes d'emploi, temporaires ou sécurisées. Le cadre juridique italien, très restrictif a ensuite été assoupli, engendrant une forte progression de l'interìm. Le chapitre décrive ces changement réglementaires, les principales dimensions socio-économiques et géographiques de l'interìm italien et constate alors la faible efficacité de l'ìnterim comme outil de lutte conte le chomage.
