The purpose of the presented work is to illustrate a project planning to produce a change in a group of operators about perception on work, and to harmonize a dialogue between various professions on order to reduce conflict. The project follows fundamental stages proposed from Lewin and other authors: development of group, research, action, in a continuous cycle of planning, execution, and surveying and appraisal ì. In the present job particular attention will be lent to the description of process variables in project development focusing on the group training and regarding active participation in personal and social changes.
