This article analyses the functioning of the system of nominal terms of address (NTA) in a corpus of radio interviews with a political subject. Our analysis corpus is made up of the transcriptions of 8 audio recordings corresponding to as many episodes of the political programme Le Franc-parler, broadcast on France-Inter between February 24th and April 14th 2006 (340 minutes altogether). In particular, our contribution focuses on non marked forms, i.e. standard forms detached from the main clause, as well as on marked forms, that we call “indirect forms”, that is to say forms which fulfil the pragmatic function of a term of address without being characterized by syntactical detachment.
