The theory and the political practice of contemporary international relations are still dominated by the idea of war as constituent power, legitimized both legally and politically. An adequate education to peace, which begins granting the protection of human rights and above all of children's rights, may be a powerful antidote for this legitimacy of war. This essay covers some issues related to the above subject.
