The study explores the issue of individual identity into the Italian Constitution, examining the concept of identification ("genetic" and "legal"), with particular attention to the "name" and the concept of personal identity, in the social dimension, i.e. in relation to the free development of personality, as well as developed by the law, the doctrine and the constitutional Court.
