Abstract

AIMS: The immediate insertion of the implant in the post-extractive alveolo in the aesthetic zone, along with the contextual placement of a temporary fixed non-functional prosthesis, offers many advantages and positive aspects, both for the clinician in management of the treatment plan and for the patient. The aim of this rehabilitation is to achieve lower biological, time and psychological costs. This procedure not only greatly reduces the surgery trauma, typical of traditional methods, but also accelerates healing and furthermore allows better management of the bone structures supporting the soft tissues, consequently maintaining the gingival parables and the inter-proximal papillae.
