An accurate supervision of veterinary health and livestock management have a high impact on the productivity of meat and dairy industry. Nowadays, relevant veterinary parameters are still diagnosed using non-precise behavior patterns or laboratory-based techniques, which are farm delocalized or cost-consuming. Point-of-care (POC) diagnostic devices are able to bring the accuracy of molecular diagnosis to the farm. Lateral flow assay (LFA) is a popular POC test due to its user-friendly and cost-effective design. Gold nanoparticles(AuNP) have been wildly used as LFA labels due to its plasmon properties, which allow the test to be assessed with unaided eye. Hence, a pair of independent lateral flow immuno-assays exploiting AuNP as labels were developed to enhance farmer’s ability to monitor two relevant bovine veterinary parameters.

Abstract
Hence, a pair of independent lateral flow immuno-assays exploiting AuNP as labels were developed to enhance farmer’s ability to monitor two relevant bovine veterinary parameters.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
