The aim of this paper is to compare the philosophical perspectives of Heidegger, Jaspers and Lévinas and, particularly, the ways in which they answer to the question concerning the original motivation of philosophy. It will be argued that there is a formal analogy in their different answers, since they all refer to an affective experience, that of wonder, which is considered the source of all philosophical inquiry.

Abstract
The aim of this paper is to compare the philosophical perspectives of Heidegger, Jaspers and Lévinas and, particularly, the ways in which they answer to the question concerning the original motivation of philosophy. It will be argued that there is a formal analogy in their different answers, since they all refer to an affective experience, that of wonder, which is considered the source of all philosophical inquiry.File in questo prodotto:
