Covid-19 infection in Liguria between interregional networking and tourist mobility This paper proposes a study on the spread of the Covid-19 infection in Liguria in the first wave of the pandemic. Starting with the analysis of statistical data, maps have been created aimed at representing the complexity of the phenomenon and the main factors that caused its onset in Liguria. On the basis of these data, this contribution attempts to reflect on the hypothesis that this process has been developed as an expression of the network relationships that Liguria maintains with the bordering regions and therefore with the macro-regional system of Northern Italy. In order to verify this hypothesis, the contribution takes into account three elements in particular, since they are to be considered explanatory of the ongoing processes: the infrastructural system; tourist mobility; the ageing population.
