Mario Ceradini (Venice 1864 – Sanremo 1940) was a profilic architect, above all in building designs for Salesian congregation of Giovanni Bosco. He worked in a lot of italian towns and in Austria, Poland, Slovenia, Croatia, Ukraine, Spain, Portugal, Thailand, and he designed buildings for egyptian, colombian and bolivian cliensts too. As Boito’s heir he investigated several links between italian traditions and international architectonical actuality: a design choice that is well attested by his most important works (the alpine cottage of Antonio Fogazzaro and the church of Santa Maria Liberatrice in Rome).
