The mini phototext is a kind of intermedia object that is practised by artists and writers, situated on the margins of creation in literature and in arts. Witnessing the hybridization of forms and mediums in contemporary creative practices, the mini phototext is an instrument that allows us to ask great questions about form, narrative, fiction and to apply them to minimal works. this study looks at the mini phototexs created by the artist Martine aballéa, which have been exhibited in installations and published in catalogues. analyses of some of these objects will demonstrate their high potential for narrative development deriving from the relationship between the textual and visual components, which takes place in a wide variety of ways. Moreover, the minimal consistency opens up great possibilities for dialogue with the spectator/ reader, who is invited to participate in the construction of the proposed stories.

Abstract
Moreover, the minimal consistency opens up great possibilities for dialogue with the spectator/ reader, who is invited to participate in the construction of the proposed stories.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
