L'abbigliamento nel prisma del diritto

The present book deals with the problem of waste collection and treatment under different legal perspectives, in light of the social, economic and sanitary issues that the so-called waste emergency poses in Italy and in the world. The book contains the proceedings of the eponymous conference held on 10 May 2019 at the University of Genoa. The theme is developed under the theoretical-general, historical and positive law profile, giving first attention to the aesthetic and sociological aspects of the subject. In the more specifically juridical perspective, alongside the public law issues (case of the general prohibition of the full veil, the right to respect for private life and freedom of expression, order and public safety, etc.), a prominent place is also dedicated to the fashion, and in particular to the protection of made in Italy, which finds one of its points of excellence in the world in clothing.
