Identità individuale e privacy alla prova di internet

In the past, the possibility to be anonymous was the rule and the individual identification the exception. However, today, new technologies have contributed to change this paradigm: so, identification and individual identifiability constitute the rule and anonymity is the exception. Now, this is true also on the “virtual” field – i.e. on the Internet – especially, as a consequence of the cellular data connection diffusion. In such context, this paper tries to answer some questions related to the abovementioned phenomenon, focusing, in particular, its impact on individual fundamental rights and freedoms.
