The mechanism of semantic web as the identification resources could be used to find correlation between different data because no single database or network source has all the information in one place. Could this capability be applied to the training process of military simulation? Yes. To simulate and facilitate the data mining, showing relationship among resources and services and underline specific result through algorithms to create powerful opportunities for associating content each other related with resources on the web (intranet). Especially in the intelligence field where the right gathering, correlation and spreading of the right information can be determinant in a asymmetrical and full spectrum military environment. Semantic technologies will allow users to easily build a new web site and application to manage their needs, presenting various threads in a composite picture. The semantic web service/application could serve also as application integration mechanism by using meta-data that are interpreted in the meaning, realizing a common and universal understanding. In fact the combination of this approach with Intelligent Agents driving Computer Generated Forces (IA-CGF) could support quick and effective creation of complex scenarios in asymmetric warfare conditions for training. The authors are developing these concepts for a demonstration devoted to training and to complete VV&A with further potential for test and analysis and decision support applications.
