The promotion of the positive dimension of health is now an indispensable need, not only to cope with diseases that dominate the epidemiological situation in developed countries, but also for recovering the participatory centrality of subjects in managing their health. Regarding to the labor scenario, designing health education interventions is one of the many possible answers that can be beneficial to prevent existential problems, both individual and social. In this context, the concept of health is intertwined with those of care and well-being, evolving from “protection” to “promotion”. With the intention of overcoming the dichotomy between individuals and organizations, the modern concept of health recognizes that well-being lies in the quality of relationships, rather than in rules. All the material and immaterial factors with which subjects face daily in organizational life are, therefore, potential indicators of their health. On the other hand, these are indicators of the absence of health: resentment towards the organization, aggression and nervousness, the presence of feelings of uselessness, irrelevance and denial, the impatience to get to work, the lack of interest in the task, the desire to change work, organizational confusion, the failure of the proposal and the initiative. The concept of health education points out that organizations can get substantial advantages as they protect relationships between individuals, enhancing dignity and aspirations, through an effective balance between work and private life. These planning directions for training interventions may promote successfully health in the working environmen
