Ai confini dei processi di governance: gli organi del decentramento comunale nelle reti del governo locale

Drawing from the results of recent studies on the administrative and political decentralization in the "Comune di Genova", the article is set to understand the meaning of the institution of these new local authorities, since the late 70's, for political parties as well as for citizens' committees, making pressure towards political institutions. In other words, it will sketch the patterns of the evolution of both institutional and non-institutional political participation prompted by the establishment of the "Consigli di circoscrizione", paying specific attention to the electoral offer and the political representation in these local institutions.
