“You can’t reach enlightenment by imagining light figures, but by making the darkness conscious”. All human beings are born in the same way, experiencing the strong contrast of two environments: the womb from which they come from and the world receiving them. None of us remember the exact feelings and emotions sensed, even if they unconsciously remain imprinted in the oldest parts of our brain, since that tender age. For nine months, we are immersed in a warm liquid, at the optimal temperature; lulled by maternal movements, always with our eyes closed. Infants react to the rhythm of their mother’s heart, perceiving the changes in her heart-rate and through the amniotic fluid the unborn child can feel fluctuations in pressure due to the mother’s breathing.
