Abstract
We present an application of the Neural Network approach to a problem of classification of marine bacteria starting from gas liquid chromatography data. Marine bacteria are very interesting from a biotechnological point of view, since they are potential procedures of commercially valuable compounds, such as enzymes, antibiotics, polymers, antiviral and antitumour compounds. We have validated the trained neural network, classifying 278 sets data.File in questo prodotto:
