The book contains the most important lessons taught in the Master for "Corporate Lawyer" activated by the University of Genoa with effect from academic year 2003/2004. The volume reflects and aims to present an interdisciplinary approach that characterizes the teaching of the Master, aimed at the educational training of a professional "legal enterprise", able to combine knowledge in law, economics and business. The volume was edited by Alessandra Pinori educational coordinator of the Master, lecturer of the Faculty of Law and Advocate of the Forum of Genoa in Genoa.
