Abstract

The model of mechanical behavior of the disk is very complex, also in the hypothesis to consider only a solicitation of compression. The pressure of the fluid of the disk, of nature osmotic, has to compare him with the combination of the loads pressure and of the tension of the fibers of the ring. The flow of fluid through the disk is piloted by the difference between the mechanical pressure and the osmotic pressure. In the case of non symmetrical pressures on the disk the phenomenon of exchange is locally differentiated, according to the punctual values of pressure reached. This mechanism has the tendency to favor in the immediate one the alteration of the geometry of the disk and to locally modify the metabolic situations, that change in the time of it, in worse, the fabric locally making also it non homogeneous with notable risk for its same health and for the consequent ache distribution of the loads on the structures bony and articular and back pain.
