The CorrCa project, which concerns the digitisation of the private correspondence of the Canioni family of Olmi-Cappella (Corsica), has led us to explore several lexicographical resources at the confluence of the Italian, French and Corsican linguistic areas. This article presents our digital project, explores the cultural and lexical dimensions of our corpus, and illustrates the digital and digitised lexicographical resources used to conduct lexical analyses. In conclusion, we provide some avenues of research and suggest the creation of new tools for decoding these cultural elements, using a ‘bottom-up’ approach.

Abstract
The CorrCa project, which concerns the digitisation of the private correspondence of the Canioni family of Olmi-Cappella (Corsica), has led us to explore several lexicographical resources at the confluence of the Italian, French and Corsican linguistic areas. This article presents our digital project, explores the cultural and lexical dimensions of our corpus, and illustrates the digital and digitised lexicographical resources used to conduct lexical analyses. In conclusion, we provide some avenues of research and suggest the creation of new tools for decoding these cultural elements, using a ‘bottom-up’ approach.File in questo prodotto:
