Mobilità sostenibile Crisi che ci aiutano a cambiare

The UrbIng anniversary was a fruitful opportunity to discuss the changes that, in a relatively short span, such as that of the pandemic crisis, forced us towards new approaches, procedures and timing. In particular, the focus presented in the paper is related to sustainable mobility, considered in an all-encompassing way. The need for greater coordination between the actors to get out of the emergency as soon as possible gave a decisive boost to research and administrations starting from the acknowledged best practices and consistent knowledge; those were combined with a little of innovation and optimism deriving from the funds of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (Pnrr). Between biking, public transport and educational experiences, the paper shows the sample case of the city of Genoa and its interventions, which arose for institutional needs and for bottom-up initiatives.
