In this article, the Author reflects, in an intersectional perspective, on the data col- lected by a recent survey on violence against women with disabilities, carried out by Fish Onlus in Italy; furthermore, she will also elaborate on the meaningful case of forced sterilization, subject matter of the Spanish Organic Law 2/2020, in order to highlight the role of “dismaternity device” for the oppression of women.

Abstract
