This work aims to analyze the main international and national instruments for the fight against trafficking in human beings, especially minors. In particular, the tools adopted by International Organizations (UN), Regional Organizations (EU, AU, OAS, ASEAN and SAARC) and national instruments will be analyzed. Together, the main educational modalities present in different cultures of the world will also be analyzed, to hypothesize possible relationships between these and a risk most likely of falling victim to trafficking. To this end, some traditional cultural practices will also be analyzed shortly, to hypothesize whether even in this case it is possible to establish a relationship between these practices and the risk of victimization.
